Returns Policy
As long as products are returned to us in new condition and with their original packaging within 28 days, we are happy to exchange garments for different sizes. No further freight charges are applicable for deliveries via a standard AusPost service within Australia, but any exchanges for overseas deliveries will attract a flat rate fee of $15.

If returning goods for a refund we will credit the card originally used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.
Goods returned outside the specified 28 days period, or without tags, will be accepted if not worn, but will attract an Admin Charge of $15 so any refund will be reduced accordingly.
Credit Card Security
Your private payment and credit card details are secure with OneAussie.com.au. SSL, the industry standard is used to encrypt all credit card details. Your card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched to ensure additional security
Fraudulent use of cards is strictly prohibited. And oneaussie.com.au has the systems and methodology to ensure further security

Delivery Information
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY - RECEIPTED MAIL VIA AUSTRALIAN POST
All orders for standard delivery within Australia are sent by AusPost Receipted Delivery service which requires a signature on arrival.
Orders received before midday will whenever possible be dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. If we are out of stock of an item and expecting a dispatch delay in excess of 5 working days you will receive an email notifying you of anticipated delivery.

*Orders selecting an Express Post service will be prioritised for immediate processing and subject to stock availability should be delivered within 48 hours, for orders received before midday. If a delay on dispatch due to stock shortages is anticipated in excess of 3 working days on Express Orders you will be informed by email
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
Orders for overseas delivery are sent via AusPost International Air Post unless an International Courier service is selected.
An International Courier service does allow online tracking of your parcel. However it should be noted that in many countries there will be a greater likelihood of your goods attracting duty and charges from your local Customs Office, due to the level of paperwork and administration involved with a Courier service. We have also found that recently deliveries to the UK are more likely to be held up in Customs and attract additional duty charges than in any other country worldwide. As a result we no longer recommend a courier service for this country as often International Air Post will be a quicker option at a greatly reduced cost

SALES TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES ON OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
Government Tax agencies may impose import duty and tax on imports into their country, however some delivery methods diminish the likelihood of this happening. Parcels sent by Int'l Air lessen the likelihood of charges being incurred, however please note that in any event the customer is liable should any taxes be incurred.
